We are looking for someone confident on Computer hardware / software / application / network / printer / router to undertake swap outs of IT services.

Duties:

You have to attend field service calls on the hardware / software troubleshooting, fault finding, installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance of computer systems and associated infrastructure.

Identify hardware and software problems by analyzing symptoms, performing tests, and using diagnostic tools to determine the root cause of issues.

Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software applications. Detect and remove viruses, malware, and other malicious software from infected computers. Install and configure antivirus software to prevent future infections.

Maintain reports on repair activities and statistics.

Skills and Qualification:

Should be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent vocational qualification in relevant field, or if not a degree holder, should be able to demonstrate relevant equivalent experience or industry certification.

Familiarity with hardware components and computer architecture. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to resolve hardware, software, and network problems.

The ideal engineer will have experience of quickly and effectively troubleshooting issues involving:

• Microsoft / Apple desktop and server platforms
• Microsoft Office
• Networking issues
• Internet Routers
• Firewalls
• Backup / Restore

Must have strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with the team members, end-users and other IT professionals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals. Self-motivation and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.

Our shift patterns run from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm,

Business timings are Monday to Saturday 09:00 am to 06:00 pm & Sunday 10:00 am to 04:00 pm
